Return Policy for ProPump & Controls

At ProPump & Controls, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below to understand the process and requirements.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Parts must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Used, damaged, or altered parts are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation, receipt, or invoice is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-ordered or specially fabricated parts.
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
    • Parts that have been installed or exposed to water, chemicals, or other substances.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll provide a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, once the issue is verified.
  • For defective items, we may request photos or additional details to assess the issue before approving the return.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Pump Station Parts Sales team at sales@pumpstationparts.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the return. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective items to cover handling and processing costs.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different part, we can process an exchange for eligible items. Contact us to arrange the exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
